Help capturing the true blue color of Color Change Garnets?

As the title states, I have a neon blue garnet that changes to neon magenta. Color Change Garnet is from Madagascar. I've tried every light source and post production tool to help replicate the Blue but im not having any luck. Any help would be great, I don't have any clue at this point. I know the Vanadium in the garnets can mess with the photoreceptors in the camera. Wonder if it's that or something else?
