Flexdrive insurance expired today, can’t drive, freaking out

So I’ve had a flexdrive rental for coming up to a year now. Everything smoothly. About 20 days ago I got the notification that my insurance as set to expire on April 1st. I go to my flexdrive location, twice, both times they assure me it’s fine and that it will be reuploaded on the day of. A few days ago (and earlier today) I receive an email telling me, verbatim: Your rental vehicle's insurance document expires in 5 days. Flexdrive is working to get an updated insurance document into our system, so there is no action needed by you at this time.

Ok so I guess I’m set???

Turns out, no. I just got locked out. I’m freaking out. I tried everything to avoid this. Rent, end of month bills, everything is due. And now I have this shit to worry about. I’m going to visit flexdrive first thing in the morning but I’m freaking out pretty hard right now. Anyone else in this program going through this right now and is just completely lost????
