Wegovy switch to Retra

Looking for some advice, been on Wegovy 8 weeks seeing some results but not enough … Just upgraded from 0.25 to 0.50

Interested in switching to retra and wondering what a good starting dose is and if anyone recommends a site to get pre filled pens
