Permanently Disabled for CSE?

Hello!

Recently my instagram account has been permanently disabled, for CSE. When I tried to appeal, they sent me an email saying they’ve reviewed my account and decided to permanently disable it. Is there any way I can get my account back? I also lost an account connected to it for some reason? So I’m unsure if I’ve been hacked or what the issue actually was. I tried to navigate the help center but I found it unhelpful. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
