Hyper responder? 80mg/wk put my total T over 1100

NSFWBloodwork

My doctor dropped my dose from 100mg/week to 80mg/week (split Thursday/Sunday) after I tested at 1025 total T and was dealing with some side effects—racing heart, anxiety, flushed face. At the time, I was lifting consistently but still drinking most nights.

I ran the lower dose for 6 weeks, but completely cut alcohol and tightened up diet and training.

Retest results: • Total T: 1106 • Free T: 183.1 (ref: 35–155) • SHBG: 32 • Estradiol: 71

This was at trough. Blood draw was Thursday morning before my injection.

Also saw improvements in other areas:

Hematocrit dropped from 56 to 51 (hydration, more cardio, supplementing grape fruit seed extract/naringin, stopped Jardiance—likely the biggest factor)

Lost 5 or so lbs. Reduced blood pressure medication

For context, my total T was under 100 before starting TRT. I’m in my late 30s. I kinda liked the "amped" feeling I had from the higher dose as I felt like I had more drive and energy, libido, etc but that may have just been from the honeymoon phase.

I know everyone responds differently but I expected my numbers to be a lot lower on this dose.
