How to stop the last milk effectively?

Hello,

I need some help. My baby is 5.5 months. I have been combofeeding for a few months, and slowly the supply has run out. For the past few days I have been EFF and enjoying it. BUT, now the past few days some milk has built up in the breast, very little, but it feels like it is very surface level and staying around the areola like lumps, how do I get rid of it without having to pump? I don't want to pump if it will make more milk to come through.

Has anyone experienced the same? I recon it is not more than 100 ml ~ 3oz in total in the breast after 2 days but it is stored as lumps and it hurts a bit, not engorged pain, just different.

Well how do I stop the production, completely?
