fuck you landlord. I made my payment when its due, on the 1st. youre not getting a late fee because YOUR chosen method of payment is a debit card that takes like 2 days to process.

ok thats not fair he probably wont even care. I thought he was gonna be a dick about the electric bill but he was super cool. found out my unit powers like half the building and he said from now he pays the bill and my rent goes up $100 which is about what my apartment should be running.
