guys fr why doesn’t the uni help at all with anything? if u have an injury whether ur broken arm or whatever and u need special assessment conditions or help navigating shit why do they take FOREVER to get back to you and then when they do. it’s completely useless info.

i get there’s back log for special assessment conditions but far out they sure r taking their sweet old time.

whether it’s student hubs or advisory services for ur faculty omg. useless. they overcomplicate what ur asking for whether it’s info or help for anything. don’t know how to complete certain tests and stuff w the injury but they preach about how they will help but they don’t.
