Paysafecard again (so sorry if people are tirsdag of them)

a good friend of mine has birthday soon,and he loves gaming amongst other tings and so what drove me to this card was if you dont spend it all you can transfer the rest to your bank account. i have seen some posts claiming they cant pay with them online. or they dont get theor money but they are pretty much sold in every grocerystore and all other places that sells giftcard in Norway. and i cant remember Reading about them in medias if it had been rally bad,but then again i have been much sikkert. so to my2 questions,can you stil pay online with them,and can you still transfer to your bankaccount?is it a limiit how much you can withdraw?( yes ihave figured they accepts norwegian banks arter testing) thanks for Reading and please share your experience, thank you
