I am once again complaining about Epic Server Failure glitches

Hello everyone.

I just got booted from a match on day 1, and lost 600 points, due to some "epic server mismatch" glitch.

I feel nothing, as I am already hollow from the hell that is Depth 4. But this is just bleak injustice.

Is there some channel to contact FromSoft about this? Because this is just ridiculous. That's 3 hrs of my life gone, to earn those points back.
