Looking for advice for handling cancer treatment with MECFS

Right now getting out for two appointments per month is a real struggle. I will need to go daily for two months of consecutive treatments.

The oncologist has no experience with ME/CFS or similar (e.g. long COVID) patients.

Any advice appreciated
