Remodeling my basement, is marmoleum cinch lock the wrong choice?

Cement slab basement in Portland Oregon. No water issues to date. The basement will be used as a studio/office for myself and the other part for band practice, there's also a half bath and laundry room.

We are looking at marmoleum click (cinch lock) for the flooring throughout. It's almost double the price of LVT and I won't of I'm making the right choice. Any help is appreciated.
