i follow recipes exactly but still dont get that bakery style texture.. what am i missing??

i follow recipes exactly but somehow it never turns out that soft bakery style… mine looks fine but the texture is always a bit off 😭 is it the oven, ingredients or some tiny step they don’t mention?? what made the biggest difference for you guys??
