Looking for a private room/apartment during the summer

Looking for Summer Sublease or Lease Takeover (UTA / Arlington area)

Hi, I'm a student at University of Texas at Dallas and will be interning near the Arlington/Mansfield area this summer.

Dates: Late May to August 7. My internship runs June 1 to August 7, and I can be slightly flexible on move-in.

Location: Prefer UTA or Arlington, or anywhere within about 15 to 20 minutes of Mansfield

Budget: Up to $1200 per month total, including utilities

Requirements:

* Furnished unit

* Parking

* Utilities must be included in the rent

* No pets in the unit

Preferences:

* Prefer private bed and bath, but open to roommates

* If roommates, male preferred, but flexible

I'm clean, quiet, and will mostly be working during the week from 8-5. I'm ready to move quickly if it is a good fit.
