How do I make my helldiver hold their weapon in one hand?

I once noticed my democracy dispenser walking and standing with one(two handed) weapon in their hand, specifically R-72 Censor, when not running and want to make some screenies with them posing like that. Running cancelled the animation entirely and I never saw it again.

Is there a way to trigger that animation consistently?
