Do i have to be worried?

I have been taking zoloft for about 8 months, 6 months of 100 mg. I have had good periods, but currently my anxiety is high every day (it is easier to be at home, but I have to go to work). Specialists have said that such drops are okay, but I am just asking if this is normal in your opinion? I have nausea associated with anxiety, which sucks... It is very difficult.
