How should we rotate for Birmingham with the derby and Boro coming up?

We’ve gotta be smart here. With the derby at Carrow Road on Saturday and then Boro right after, can’t risk burning out our main players against Birmingham. Would love to see McKenna give Sarmiento or Al-Hamadi a proper run up front and keep Chaplin and Broadhead fresh for Norwich. Dropping points at Portman Road now would be a nightmare. How do you feel about the midfield?
