Commissioning custom character? I just want a player model of a real life person in the adapted low poly half life 2 style

I really want a player model based off a specific influencer, what would be the quote for this? I don't want anything crazy, even jsut a reskin of the existing half life 2 models, but customized clothing too of course.

Would anyone be down and whats the quote?
