is crybaby.com a scam?!

So I’m from the UAE and I made an order from crybaby.com (USA) two weeks ago and my order is still not being processed and the status just says “unfulfilled”.

I’ve sent over 5 emails and direct messages on Instagram to the shop and also the owner and I haven’t received a single response at all!!

I know that everything going on in the world is affecting shipping and deliveries, but at least 1 response or update would be appreciated!

I have truly never been so frustrated in my entire life.

Where is my order and why is it so hard to reach customer service?

What do I do?
