Hissing sound?

My 2010 Prius is suddenly making a hissing sound when parked and driving, it stops when the brake is pressed. What is this, is it urgent, and how much $ am I looking at to get the issue fixed? I accidentally hit a possum earlier today, not sure if that affected anything…
