Forgot master password, able to login. What are my options

Strangely after using the master password atleast 2-3 times weekly I forgot it. Do remember part of it but not sure what I am getting wrong.

Password hint also shows same reference but not the exact one.

I do have phone, laptop logged in and have changed timeout to never for now.

I had also added passkey using Yubico so able to login with that as well.

I am not able to export without master password.

So can I continue using with the passkey or should look into doing the manual copy paste and then setup again?
