Looking for fashion assistance

I recently started and had some other players tell me it's possible to get a heavy armor look comparable to dozers from payday, but i have had little luck finding anything past jackets and generic clothing, with the closest I've seen so far being the grizzly set in the store, is what im looking for possible or is what im seeing about the limit of it?
