My KT tape is sooo itchy

Quick complaint because I am so freaking angry.

I’m a pre-top surgery trans boy and one of my biggest sources of dysphoria is my chest(im naturally a C cup). Recently, I’ve been taping my chest and it was fine for a couple days, but now my chest is unbearably itchy and my nipples have been rubbed raw by nipple covers. I would switch to a binder but as someone with extreme anxiety and sensory issues (plus bpd), I don’t want to force myself into an attack or episode because of something as silly as feeling too restricted in a chest binder. Plus, tape is so much cheaper and can stay on several days and It’s hard to stand looking at my bare chest every time I have to hey dressed. I’m losing my marbles.
