Transfer from EPFO to Trust - No UTR number provided

I made a move to a company with a trust. My transfer requests from the EPFO account to trust has been completed and the amount has been moved from the EPFO account but not reflecting in the trust account. My company is claiming they have not received the amount in the trust while EPFO is claiming that the amount has been transferred. I have raised multiple requests in the CPGRAMS portal to provide a UTR number but every time they respond with the Claim ID. What is the best possible solution to get the UTR number?
