DOUBT REGARDING CSE BRANCH. Need help!!

How is the teaching quality in CSE? (Are concepts taught clearly from basics or assumed prior knowledge?)

Are the professors supportive and approachable?

How is the coding culture there?

What basics should I learn before joining CSE? (Any specific languages or topics?)

Is the curriculum practical or mostly theory?
