Tax Assessment Mortgage Increase

So I’ve been waiting for the ball to drop with the new tax assessments on my house from last year…so it hit today, my escrow is in the negative, and my mortgage company increased my monthly payments about twenty percent.

Can anyone confirm that this happened to them as well, and just maybe reassure me that this is the final result of my property assessment tax increase by Forsyth county?

I’ve been waiting for the ball to drop with the new property assessment values, and I’m hoping that’s what this increase in my mortgage is. It makes perfect sense, I’m furious as everyone else is, just looking to see is anyone has had a similar experience and to confirm this is the end game (for now) of these increases.

Thank you in advance for any input, and my condolences to everyone else going through this. We won’t even address the insanity of the Duke/Piedmont Gas increases right now or the liability from the school board, because I can only handle one corrupt government situation at a time right now!
