Looking for free product listing or submission websites for physical products

Hi everyone

I have been researching platforms where physical products can be listed or submitted for free but most lists online seem outdated or include paid options

I am trying to find genuine websites where people can list physical products without upfront cost for visibility or traffic

If anyone has experience with such platforms or knows any reliable sites please share

Would really appreciate your suggestions
