I'm a 1st year BCA student in Telangana- Hyderabad, the subject is very new to me. And I have a very hard time understanding the concepts so, I bought my books during the last week of my first sem exams and I had no idea which publication is the best and when I asked for the seller's advice they keep on trying to sell SIA publications, I feel like it's really good for last minute preparations but I want to score more than good marks. Cut to the present, I decided to buy tata publications which is more like a text book and I was ready to go through the vast syllabus but the prices were so high so I ended up buying the SIA publications again.

Now what I want to ask is :

1. Is there any basic knowledge I should work on as this subject is very new to me? cause Idek what I'm learning atp.

2. Which publication should I go for?

3. Is there any way to get free online pdf of tata publications latest(2026) 2nd sem syllabus?

4. which languages should I learn to have a smooth career path in BCA?
