SECURITY BANK CC Overdue

edit: was able to talk sa isang collection nila yesterday, april 1, and agreed na yung nasa april SOA ko na lang ang babayaran ko sa due date (i committed to pay next week din) as it includes the the overdue and late fee na rin. Thank you and so glad things worked out.

Hi. Just need help.

I was overdue for almost a month now (last due was March 17). Naka silent unknown callers ako so I didnt receive any calls from collections (as per my understanding nasa sb collections na raw).
Ive been calling and emailing them na even before pa yung due date ko regarding my March 17 payment but no response or busy.

I mentioned kasi na I wont be able to pay the March 17 balance due to job transition since april 15 pa first salary ko sa new job and no replies or answer pa rin now.
So until now, April 1, nakakareceive ako missed call notifs from the collections (0917) and earlier i received this from the same set of number (0917):

"We want to remind you that your Security Bank Credit Card remains UNPAID despite our numerous reminders. Please settle your total balance as of today amounting to xxxxxx until 5pm today."

the anount total is the full balance na ng mga remaining installments ko (medyo malaki since yung iba is almost 2 years pa)

First time ko lang maoverdue and i really had problems sa cash flow right now due to job transition and medical expenses.

I will be aple to pay naman sa next salary ko but sa next friday pa yon.

Hindi ko na alam anong gagawin they are requiring me to pay the full amount of all installments and i cant do that right since malaki siya.

Note: I also received my april statement included na dun late fees + new OB + overdue ko (which is different sa amount na inaask sakin sa message)

I dont know what to do right and im so scared na baka materninate lahat ng installments ko. i can pay naman sa sahod, hindi lang talaga kaya now.

Badly need advice po.
