Moments Guide Quest

I joined for this reason but obvio imma stay. so I know how to get to the area my only issue is that I managed to get there BEFORE I unlocked the area.

and now I can't get back to said area despite the Spirit saying that the quest is already in progress.

now my question is, because I can't reset the quest :/

do I just have to find the other spirits to unlock it to get back to the field to finish the quest?

and if so I can't find the last spirit for the 1/2 one ;-; I'm having such a hard time as a Moth and this game solo can sometimes be a bit hard for me.

I'm not great at games =w=
