Fever like feeling

Hello I started lexapro 5 days ago for my bad anxiety and depression 10mg I’m doing quarter tablet first week half the next and then full. I measured my temp it’s normal but it feels like I have one I get super hot then I get bad chills I have no energy to do anything it’s to much effort to even go to the bathroom i also can’t sleep I’ve also cut down on my cannabis so idk if that’s playing a part but can someone pls tell me will this eventually go away also the constantly being tired feeling I have a course im starting soon and I have no energy to do anything any recommendations help🙏
