ESTA based aos help

I don’t want to share too much information out of anxiety but long story short, came to visit fiance, decided to get married - times rolled around to leave and I just can’t do it. Never planned to stay since I have a dog sitter for the 2 months I’ve been here and my business everything is back in my home country. We’ve decided to adjust my status and hope for the best as I physically throwup at the thought of leaving and not knowing married life as a whole. I want to do this right and bring my animals and my buisness here but I don’t want to ruin everything if it falls through. We have started filling out paperwork but what is the success rate of this?? My partner is military aswell so I’m not sure it that changes anything either. Have so much relationship proof from the last few years but being long distance and different continents nothing joint to really lock it in. Please no judgment as this has completely shaken my world - only advice.
