The reality of "distressed deals"
Im not an agent, but Im in the industry (manage family property).
What im seeing is a lot of investors are losing trust in agents from social media banging on about distressed deals and now is perfect time to buy bla bla
Whilst there's some truth to that, its just causing mass distrust with dormant investors.
Even with that panic selling website, built by an american, only showing below market deals.
it creates the opposite effect.
So, I decided to build a free, transparent website that shows you when deals are happening, compared to pre-war priced.
