who preaches with the “jesus is king” flag on whyte?

my wife and i encountered this man some week ago. we are lesbian. i’m honestly just genuinely curious if he’s with a local church or organization? i don’t plan on reaching out or anything, just like to be aware of who/what is behind this or if it’s just a single person. i tried looking it up on google, instagram and facebook with little success
