I'm building a hearse booking service in India and the unit economics might be impossible. Roast my thinking

India has 27,000 deaths per day. Families call random operators through hospital ward boys. No tracking, no pricing, no dignity. I want to build a GPS-tracked booking platform. The problem: my commission is ₹195 ($2.30) per booking with zero repeat usage. LTV literally equals one booking. I think the fix is bundling transport with funeral coordination services to reach ₹5,000+ AOV. Am I deluding myself or is there a path here?
