What is the best way to pay off my debt faster?

Meron akong Personal loan sa unionbank (168k loan amount, 74k interest). Monthly payment is Php6680 , payable for 3 years. 3 months paid. Kaya ko po isagad sa 7k or more yung payment in some months (di ko pa natry). Ano ang mangyayari if more than the monthly payment ang babayaran ko? Mapapabilis ba ang pag pay off sa loan? What is the best way to pay off my debt faster?
