How do you grow a brand new restaurant?

I opened a new pizza restaurant last year, and the food is getting great reviews, but monthly traffic and sales have been pretty steady, growth is slow.

I’m looking for advice on restaurant marketing or strategies that actually help bring in more customers. Social media tips, local promotions, or anything that’s worked for other restaurants would be super helpful.
