Access to HRT

where do you stand on how freely available HRT should be? I’m torn. On the one hand, I wish I didn’t have to spend years proving I was who I said I was and could have gone on HRT much earlier. On the other, I don’t want a bunch of trenders getting hrt immediately only to detrans later and make our whole infrastructure look bad.
