At what time it’s better to move on?

For the tool I built I tried to post on Reddit, X and even ads , had 500 coming on to the website but only 5 people signed up on free tier and haven’t used

1. want to change focus of ICP and give it a shot

2. do pseo with 250-500 pages

See if any luck if not move on to next idea
