Is this typical OLED wear or something else? Panasonic HZ1500 65" TV
Recently purchased this TV off Facebook Marketplace. $900 NZD ($517 USD), so felt we got a pretty good deal as far as OLEDs go.
After about a couple weeks of owning it and daily use, we noticed on a bright yellow advertisement a smudge in the upper middle of the screen. That got me looking closer at the panel, and I noticed some inconsistency around the edges (slight lightness), as well as spotted black/darkened pixels near the edges.

My main question is whether these are issues that develop gradually over time with normal use, or if they could be caused by a single stress event on the panel. Also, what would typically be involved in fixing something like this?
It’s still a lot of money for us, so we’ve been extremely careful with it since buying it. We were also aware of OLED burn-in risks and have been trying to avoid leaving still content on screen for longer than a couple minutes.
