Is it too late for scholarships now???

Guys I keep putting off apps cause thought cycle is over but then I hear stories of people getting offers in summer. My stats are not bad but I dragged my feet and now stressing. Anyone got last minute ones that actually paid off or am I screwed? Need to know before I give up.
