Are there any small SMP's that I can join?

I'm a kid, I'm bored, and I have a lot of free time.

Are there any Java SMP's that are quite small.

I just want a vanilla minecraft experience where anything is allowed (except for hacking)

Like an anarchy server (PLEASE no crystal pvp)

I don't really care about an age restriction as long as it's 13+ I'm fine.
