Where do vendors?

Where do vendors get their product? Where do SHH, or PCG or any other famous ones on here. I know some of the company brands on solventless where they are produced and originated. I dont mind paying more if it's their company hook up. If i can get it cheaper somewhere else, I want to know.. If they are just repacking I want it from the source. Thanks
