Need advice. What qualities makes a good chatbot?

I'm working on building an app where adult content is the main feature and chat is secondary. After seeing people in the #keep4o community share their experiences I realized that they are some of the first people in the history of the world to have experienced digital intimacy and I genuinely couldn't stand seeing people getting stigmatized for it which is what inspired the mission for creating quality, uncensored AI chatbots within our website. I know that it is possible to create the experience people are looking for, but I just need help pinpointing what exactly it is.

Is it roleplay? Is it companionship? Is it just having the simulated experience of having someone available?

what does it solve? Is it mostly entertainment? Is it filling a gap in lonleyness? is it something else?

and then going deeper on that, what is most important? Is it personality? Is it memory?

What other categories am I missing?

I would genuinely appreciate any and all pieces of advice, feedback, and personal experiences to help guide my research in pursuit of making the best AI chat experience (in the umbrella of sexiness. It is an adult content website.
