My cat refuse to eat and drink

My 7 year old female cat has a mild case of cystitis. After two trips to the vet since Sunday, I now have three medications to give her each day, some of them twice daily,so a total of four doses. Unfortunately, she absolutely hates it, and I’m really struggling to administer them.

I dissolve the antibiotic in water and give it to her with a syringe, but it’s quite difficult. She refuses to eat and drink, so I’ve also been giving her water with the syringe. (According to my vet, she needs about 160 ml of water per day—and I only have a 2 ml syringe lol).

I’m open to any tips to make this easier. For context, she has no appetite at the moment, and normally she only eats dry food and a bit of wet food in the evening. She doesn’t like anything else.
