Incase Had $50K to Build an App, How Would You Allocate the Budget?

I wanted to know and understand how people prioritize their spending while creating an app or business.

lets say you have $50k to build an app, how would you allocate the amount across development, marketing etc...

Would you invest more in building a polished MVP, or focus on testing demand first with landing pages and ads? If so, how much would you set aside for user acquisition vs product development?

Also curious on how and where you would hire? freelancers or agencies.

Any real breakdowns or lessons from your own experience would be super helpful.
