Got a consitant job as a bandleader, now need to pay out musicians, business account? sole propriator? personal account? help me out.

I know your not supposed to use personal accounts for business and I would like to have business separated from my personal account anyway so I think a new account is a good idea.

I'm just not sure how to go about getting a sole proprietorship or if there is a better strategy for my needs. I'll be paying out 10-20 people monthly, less than 10k total.

I made a personal account with EQ bank because of their low rates but they froze the first cheque I deposited! now I'm delayed paying people out!

Anyway what would you do in my situation?

Sole proprietorship and business acount?

Personal Account?

which bank? I use TD so though about a business digital account....
