Monthly Megathread: Advertising things we don't usually allow - apartments/housing for rent, school surveys, items for sale, etc.

Created this monthly megathread to create a space for things we usually don't allow (advertising things) like sales, apartments for rent, or people interested in helping you with your project survey. Otherwise they can be lost in the feed, particularly when we near the end of a semester.
