Diamond status gone without any explanation

Hi,

My wife was doing Instacart, and she completed 300 orders (exactly 300) between Jan 1 and March 31 March. She should be in Diamond status, but she is Gold now. I tried to contact InstaShopper support, but they pasted me some boilerplate information without any inspection. How can I investigate what is happening?
