arc raiders resolution automatically turn into 640x480 after the newest update

After the new update on March 31st, I launched arc raiders. Following the update, my game's resolution bugged and changed to 640x480. I can't even use borderless fullscreen—it's stuck at 640x480 resolution. Even when I switch back to fullscreen, the game feels laggy even though I have great FPS. Has anyone else experienced this issue after the update, and how do you fix it?
